Doha Metro Project signed

The tender for the Qatar-Doha Metro Project, “Red Line South Elevated & At Grade Metro was competed for by many companies. The contract of the Project has been signed in Qatar on 15 May with a ceremony held at the construction site office.  Tendered with “Design & Build” concept, the Project has been undertaken by a partnership including Yüksel. The partners of Yüksel in the Project are FCC (Spain), Archirodon (Greece) and Petroserv (Qatar). The contract was co-signed by CEO Saad Ahmed Al-Mohannadi, on behalf of Qatar Rail Company (QRail) and the CEOs of each partner companies. President and CEO Emin Sazak signed the contract on behalf of Yüksel. 

With a total value of QR 2.381 billion (US$ 654 million), the Project is planned to be completed on 30 September 2016. Being the 7th project undertaken by Yüksel İnşaat in Qatar, the Project starts from the southern end of Doha International Airport (DIA) and ends at the entrance of Al Wakra, one of the cities to host the World Cup in 2022. 


Minister of Economy congratulates Yüksel İnşaat

Yüksel İnşaat, one of the well-established and leading companies of the Turkish construction sector with its experience of more than half a century, has received a letter of congratulations and support by the Minister of Economy Nihat Zeybekçi. The letter addressed to Yüksel was written due to the strengthened international success of the Company, which recently won the tender of Doha Metro Project.
